We see the purpose of the Manilla Anglican Parish as being: to glorify God by sowing and watering Christ-centred gospel seeds; lovingly incorporating God’s people into fellowship; nurturing them in Christ-like maturity; and equipping them for loving ministry and mission.
Rev. Dave Fisher is the Minister of the Manilla Anglican Parish. He and his family settled here in the end of 2012 having served elsewhere in the Anglican Diocese of Armidale prior to that. Dave studied at Moore Theological College in Sydney having completed an MTS position at the University of New England Chapel in Armidale. Prior to training for Ministry, Dave worked in the sheep and cattle industries in the Northern Tablelands of NSW. Dave is a keen cyclist and runner. Why not come along to meet Dave and his family and join us for Church on Sunday?
Manilla Anglican Parish is part of the Armidale Anglican Diocese and includes Manilla, Attunga, Somerton & Halls Creek. We are committed to faithful, applied Bible teaching, which has at its heart, the good news of forgiveness of sins through faith in the Lord Jesus Christ. He gave his life as a ransom for many (Mark 10:45). Whoever puts their trust in Him, shall not perish, but have eternal life (John 3:16).
